1. What Products does MS Technology Offer?
List of currently offered products is as follows:
- MST Viewer – Our Document and Image Viewer (Available for all platforms i.e. Windows, MAC OS X, Linux, IBM Servers, Sun Solaris)
- MST Web Viewer – Java-based configurable web viewer for documents and images
- MST Batch Converter - Rapid Document and Image conversion. Available in Desktop & Server Editions
- SureVistaVision (PACS Workstation) - Java / C++ application
- Medical Plugins - Java / C++ COM based plugins for use in both MS Technology and non-MS Technology products.
2. Does MS Technology use third-party technology?
No, MS Technology’s products are independent of third-party technology and are created and maintained in-house by our professionally trained engineers.
3. How do I purchase MS Technology products?
You may purchase MS Technology’s products by calling us at 704-544-3403.
We accept corporate checks, wire transfers, and purchase orders (from approved accounts). Since MS Technology offers no cost evaluations of all of our products, we cannot accept returns once the product has been purchased.
4. How are MS Technology software products shipped?
We ship our products as "Evaluation Version" or "Production Version".
We offer "Evaluation Version" for evaluation purpose. It is distinguished by a Evaluation Banner or a X Mark on displayed or converted Images.
All purchased products with license are shipped as "Production Version", they do not have any Evaluation Banner or any X Mark on displayed or converted Images.
5. Does MS Technology Provide Support for their products?
We offer 24x7 support for all our products.
6. How should I report an issue with a product?
You can report an issue or defect on your client portal site with Issue description and its severity level:
- Severity 1: You need it resolved immediately as it is blocking your entire workflow.
- Severity 2: Very important and needs to be resolved within two weeks.
- Severity 3: Important to be fixed within a month.
- Severity 4: Not important and can wait for it in the fixed in the next release update.
As soon as we receive the issue our team logs the issue with an internal defect number for future reference on your client portal site.
7. When can I expect the issue or defect to be resolved?
MS Technology makes a commitment to our clients to resolve issues as quickly as possible. After the issue is logged in our Bug Tracking Tool it is assigned a severity level based on the Issue description and the priority you assigned with it. Following are the severity levels:
- Severity 1: Need To be resolved within 5 business days. You will be updated every day.
- Severity 2: Need to be resolved within 6-10 business days. You will be updated within 14 days.
- Severity 3: Need to be resolved within 10-20 business days. You will be updated within 20 days.
- Severity 4: Need to be resolved within 20+ business days. You would be informed when it gets integrated with the new update.
